Fabulous venue, outstandingly accommodating and attentive staff. Excellent and fab location right by birch house for two nights for the darts in the winter gardens, the coast and the waterfront, the tower, the Winter Gardens, shops, places to eat, shopping streets, etc. Very efficient service throughout our stay.

Truly enjoyed the way our double room for the kids to have their own space was arranged. Extra touches like central heating, an iron, and TV were a treat, staff were outstandingly accommodating and attentive. The hotel had indeed a particularly good and fab location close to everything. Café Mermaid Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

The hotel was a brilliant base for enjoying a residential area, close enough to the best attractions available in Blackpool, and the town centre and central pier. I booked family room with friendly atmosphere, kids with bunkbeds and double bed. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly attentive, just as I expected. The location was incredibly comfortable, close to The Winter Gardens.
Though everything was very good, some of the staff were very chatty.
